For our breast feeding mamas, simply push in the clip in the middle for it to 'collapse/come undone', for quick and easy nursing access.

Cold hand wash (not machine wash) in mild detergent with other like colours
Hang to dry inside out

Runs true to size so we recommend sticking with your pre pregnancy size.
