They come true to size as per the supplier however some people find them a little on the small side. If on the edge of the measurement we recommend going up one size.

Measuring Band Size: Using a soft measuring tape measure around your chest just beneath your bosom, across your bra strap wearing your best fitting non-padded bra. The tape should be parallel to the ground and lay gently on top of your body without being too snug or loose, (make sure you can exhale comfortably). If your measurement is on the half inch round up to the whole number.

Measuring Cup Size: Wearing the same bra, keep the tape around your back at band level, measure at the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape isn't too tight by taking a full breath in and exhaling so the tape falls to its most comfortable (but still fitted) position.
If your measurement is on the half inch round up to the whole number.
Now subtract your band size from your cup size.
